About the Role

Nubra is an all-in-one trading platform built for traders of every kind - from scalpers to options strategists combining advanced tools like multi-leg strategy builders, live market scanners, and institutional-grade charts with in-depth research capabilities. As we scale, we're looking for a Community Manager to nurture and grow a highly engaged community of active traders around the Nubra platform. You'll work closely with senior marketing and product stakeholders to execute community programs day-to-day, with plenty of room to take on greater ownership as the function scales.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day engagement across Nubra's community channels.

- Execute the community engagement calendar - discussions, polls, AMAs, and campaigns - to keep the trader community active and informed.

- Create and curate content - trading insights, platform tutorials, market commentary, and feature explainers - tailored to a trader audience.

- Support the planning and on-ground execution of events such as AMAs, trading roundtables, and webinars.

- Moderate discussions, respond to queries promptly, and maintain a positive, informative community environment.

- Track basic engagement metrics (growth, activity, sentiment) and put together regular reporting for the marketing team.

- Flag recurring trader feedback and issues to Product and Support, and follow up to ensure timely resolution.





- Keep a pulse on market trends and trading conversations to keep content and engagement timely and relevant.

Required Qualifications

- 1-3 years of experience managing online communities, social media, or content for a brand.

- Interest in or prior exposure to trading, investing, or fintech audiences is a strong plus.

- Working familiarity with community platforms such as Telegram, Discord, and Reddit.

- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to create content that resonates with a financially savvy audience.

- Comfortable working in a quick-paced startup environment, taking ownership of day-to-day execution.

Good to Have

- Genuine interest in markets, trading, or financial products - enough fluency to engage credibly with active traders.

- Experience with basic content creation and design tools for community posts.

- Familiarity with tracking simple engagement metrics and putting together reports.

- Prior internship or full-time experience at a broking, trading platform, or fintech company.

- Exposure to social media management or marketing automation tools (e.g., CleverTap).
