About the Role

We’re looking for an energetic and people-oriented Community Growth Intern to help us discover new members, onboard interested users, and support our growing community.

This is a hands-on role involving daily outreach, conversations, onboarding, follow-ups, and member support.

What You'll Do

? Source & Discover

- Find new and unique creative professionals, creators, and businesses who could benefit from Atives.
- Explore Instagram, LinkedIn, communities, directories, and other channels to identify potential members.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of relevant prospects.

? Outreach & Onboarding

- Reach out to interested prospects through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and other channels.
- Explain Atives and help users complete their onboarding.
- Follow up with leads and interested users to drive activation.

? Community Support

- Respond to member queries and help resolve onboarding or platform-related issues.
- Understand user feedback and share recurring problems or suggestions with the team.
- Help create a smooth experience for new members.

- Curious about creators, businesses, communities,



and networking
- Proactive, organized, and consistent with follow-ups
- Comfortable using social media and digital tools
- Willing to learn sales, growth, community building, and startup execution
- Self-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Compensation INR 8,000–15,000/month + Incentives
