The Role

We're growing our early growth team and looking for Community Outreach Specialists to onboard Telegram, Discord, Reddit, and other online communities to EarnPaste.

This is a fully remote, freelance, commission-only position with flexible hours and uncapped earnings.

Responsibilities
- Find and contact community admins
- Explain EarnPaste and its benefits
- Onboard new publishers
- Help them stay active for at least 7 days
- Track leads in a shared spreadsheet





What You'll Earn
- ? ₹500–₹2,000 per successful onboarding
- ? 5% lifetime revenue share from every publisher you bring

No fixed salary — earnings are entirely performance-based.

Requirements

- Fluent English (written & spoken)
- Familiar with Telegram, Discord, Reddit, or similar platforms
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Outreach or community experience is a plus (not required)
