Role Description The Communications Executive will manage and execute day-to-day communication activities to strengthen ThePilot.in’s brand and support its training services. This full time, on-site role is based in Mumbai and involves drafting and distributing press releases, coordinating media outreach, and maintaining relationships with journalists and industry stakeholders.

The role includes creating clear and engaging written content for online and offline channels, supporting strategic communications plans, and ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms.

The Communications

Executive will collaborate with internal teams to highlight student success stories,



training offerings, and organizational updates, while monitoring media coverage and reporting on communication outcomes.

Qualifications

- Strong written Communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and professionally.
- Experience in Strategic Communications and Media Relations, including planning campaigns and engaging with press and industry media.
- Ability to draft and manage Press Releases and other public-facing content aligned with brand guidelines.
- Proficient Writing skills for web, email, and print materials, with attention to grammar, tone, and accuracy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- Prior experience in an education, training, or aviation-related environment is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Comfort working on-site in Mumbai and collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.
