Position Overview:

We are seeking a Marketing UX & Presentation Specialist to create compelling, high-quality presentations that empower the sales team. This role goes beyond just designing pitch decks—it is a strategic enabler for sales effectiveness. The ideal candidate will evaluate tools, refine sales communication techniques, and ensure UX-driven storytelling that resonates with luxury homeowners.

Over time,



this role will also evolve into a more technical position, where the candidate will learn the smart home solution creation from our technical team, including Bill of Materials (BoM) preparation, and eventually take charge of this process.

Key Responsibilities:

Phase 1: Presentation & Sales Enablement

- Develop high-quality, on-brand sales presentations.
- Improve presentation flow, structure, and engagement.
- Research and implement best-in-class presentation tools and engagement techniques.
- Identify new software and presentation formats to streamline sales communication.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and improve sales materials.

Phase 2: Smart Home Solution Development

- Learn smart home solution design and Bill of Materials (BoM).
- Work at the intersection of marketing, sales, and technical teams to ensure solutions are communicated effectively to clients.
- Take charge of preparing smart home solutions and contribute to transforming homes for Keus clients.

- Ownership & Contribution in BoM Preparation

Key Competencies:

- Technical Skills: Expertise in PowerPoint, Keynote, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to evaluate and implement new tools to enhance efficiency.
- UX & Storytelling:



Strong understanding of user experience principles.
- Skill in transforming technical content into compelling visual narratives.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify challenges and propose effective solutions.
- Analytical mindset to enhance sales enablement strategies.
- Growth Potential: Eagerness to learn and adapt to technical processes such as BoM preparation.
- Capacity to transition into a leadership role in solution creation.
- Collaboration: Effective communication across departments.
- Ability to work cohesively in a cross-functional team setting.

Qualifications:

- At least 1 year in a communications department, creating pitch decks and multimedia-driven presentations.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Keynote, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other multimedia tools.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling and UX principles.
- Ability to evaluate new tools, articulate challenges, and collaborate on solutions.
- Willingness to learn technical aspects of smart home solutions and transition into a role involving solution creation.
