Role Description The Commission Sales Associate is a full-time, in office role based in Jaipur. This role focuses on generating revenue through selling hotel rooms, banquet packages, restaurant offerings, bar services, and event experiences. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and following up with potential clients, responding to inquiries, preparing proposals, and closing sales for individual and group bookings.

The associate collaborates with operations and events teams to ensure accurate information and smooth guest experiences, maintains updated records of leads and conversions,



and meets or exceeds sales and commission targets. The role also involves building long-term relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, event planners, and walk-in guests to expand repeat and referral business.

Qualifications

- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing abilities, with a focus on commission-driven performance.
- Customer service and relationship-building skills to engage guests, corporate clients, and partners.
- Basic marketing and promotional skills to support hotel offers, events, and packages.
- Good communication skills in English and local languages, with clear, professional presentation abilities.
- Comfort with using phones, email, and basic computer applications for lead management and reporting.
- Prior experience in hospitality, travel, events, or a similar customer-facing sales role is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur with flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- High level of integrity, reliability, and a proactive approach to achieving targets.
