About the Role Commis Chefs assist in the daily preparation and cooking of food, working under the guidance of senior chefs.

Requirements Commis II (Mid-Level Commis) 1–2 years of relevant experience in Continental cuisine in the required Position Good knowledge of basic Continental cooking methods, cutting techniques, and food safety Able to assist Commis I and Chef de Partie in food prep and cooking Familiar with kitchen equipment and hygiene standards Common Responsibilities (All Levels) Prepare ingredients and assist in cooking Continental dishes (soups, sauces, grills, pastas, salads, etc.)
