Commi 1 Chef - Indian Cuisine

North Willow Consulting is hiring Commi 1 Chefs – Indian Cuisine for a reputed restaurant and hospitality client in Kolkata.

We are looking for candidates with hands-on experience in Indian cuisine and professional restaurant kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare Indian dishes as per kitchen standards and recipes
- Handle mise-en-place and food preparation for the assigned section
- Assist senior chefs during kitchen operations
- Maintain consistency in food quality, taste and portioning
- Ensure timely preparation of orders during service
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation
- Follow food-safety and kitchen hygiene standards
- Coordinate with other kitchen team members during service

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant kitchen experience
- Hands-on experience in Indian cuisine
- Previous restaurant or hotel kitchen experience preferred




- Good understanding of food preparation and kitchen hygiene
- Ability to work efficiently during busy service hours
- Immediate joiners preferred

Salary: Rs. 18,000 - Rs. 20,000 per month, in hand

Weekly Off: Rotational
