Job Title: Commercial & Logistics Officer – Cattle Feed

Department: Commercial / Logistics

Industry: Cattle Feed Manufacturing

Experience: 2–5 Years

Qualification: Any Degree / B.Com preferred

Job Purpose To handle commercial activities, order processing, dispatch coordination, documentation, and logistics support for the cattle feed business.

Key Responsibilities

1. Handle customer orders and coordinate with the Sales team.
2. Prepare sales invoices, delivery challans, and other commercial documents.
3. Coordinate with Production and Dispatch teams for timely order fulfilment.
4. Plan and coordinate vehicle arrangements for dispatch.
5. Follow up with transporters regarding vehicle placement and delivery.
6. Monitor dispatches and ensure timely delivery to customers/dealers.
7. Maintain daily dispatch and sales records.
8. Verify quantities, rates, invoices, and delivery details.

Coordinate with Accounts for billing, payment, and outstanding-related matters.
10. Maintain transporter and customer records.
11. Track vehicle movement and delivery status.
12. Handle customer/dealer queries related to orders and deliveries.
13. Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports related to sales, dispatch, and logistics.
14. Ensure proper documentation and filing of commercial records.

Required Skills

1. Positive communication and coordination skills.
2. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
3. Good follow-up and documentation skills.
4. Knowledge of billing, dispatch, and logistics processes.
5. Ability to coordinate with customers, transporters, Sales, Production, and Accounts teams.
6. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Experience in cattle feed, FMCG, manufacturing, logistics, or related industries will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
