Required Skills & Competencies

- Commodities handled like Civil, facilities, admin, event services, hotel services, merchandise.

Formulating enquiry documents and floating enquiries to the suitable vendors. Generate purchase order as per requirement and confirm order with supplier, monitoring until delivery condition.

Review with suppliers on daily/ weekly basis and ensure on time material delivery.

Purchase the highest quality products for the lowest possible price.

Negotiating with vendors on basis of comparison and costing.

Handling techno commercial discussions and negotiations with vendors on price, product quality and delivery schedule.

Resolving issues in GRN and payments. Ensure timely payment to vendor.

Maintaining & monitoring services agreement and addendum.

Different annual goals handled such as i.e. Less PR-PO Lead time, PO Material receipt lead-time, No Dues Certificates work, Department internal Audit.

- Preparation of technical documents: Log sheet
