Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Commercial Insurance Sales professional. In this position, the team member will identify and qualify prospective business clients, assess their risk profiles, and recommend appropriate commercial insurance solutions. Daily tasks include conducting virtual consultations, preparing proposals, handling policy quotations, and coordinating with insurers and internal teams to ensure smooth placement of coverage.

The role involves maintaining strong client relationships, responding to inquiries, and providing ongoing support related to renewals, endorsements, and claims assistance. The individual will also contribute to sales targets, maintain accurate records in CRM tools,



and stay up to date on industry trends, products, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Insurance Sales and Commercial Insurance, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Candidates should possess skills in Insurance Brokerage and Health Insurance, including understanding of policy structures, underwriting basics, and coverage comparisons.

- Candidates should possess skills in Customer Service, including the ability to handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide clear, empathetic communication.

- Candidates should possess skills in consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship management within B2B environments.

- Relevant experience in commercial or corporate insurance, risk advisory, or financial services is highly beneficial.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, comfort with remote collaboration tools, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Knowledge of the Indian insurance market and regulatory landscape is an advantage.

- Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field preferred; professional insurance certifications are a plus.
