Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented College Outreach & BTL Marketing Specialist to manage college outreach, campus activities, seminars, workshops, and other BTL marketing initiatives.

The person will be responsible for building relationships with colleges, generating student leads, coordinating events, and supporting the overall admissions and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. College Outreach

- Connect with colleges and universities to arrange seminars, workshops, webinars, and student activities.
- Build relationships with HODs, Placement Officers, Faculty, Student Councils, and Event Teams.
- Identify new colleges and opportunities for student engagement.
- Coordinate with internal teams for successful execution of college activities.

2. BTL Marketing

- Plan and execute campus activations, kiosks, posters, flyers, stalls, and local events.
- Coordinate with vendors for printing, branding, and event setups.
- Ensure proper execution of branding and promotional activities.
- Identify suitable locations, colleges, events, and timings for maximum student reach.

3. Lead Generation & Follow-up





- Generate student leads through seminars, workshops, webinars, and BTL activities.
- Maintain and regularly update lead databases.
- Coordinate with the sales/counselling team for lead follow-up and conversion.
- Track event attendance, leads, and conversions.

4. Reporting & MIS

- Maintain outreach and event data using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on college visits, events, leads, and conversions.
- Track basic campaign performance such as leads generated and cost per lead.
- Collect feedback from students and colleges to improve future activities.

Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Management, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in college outreach, BTL marketing, field marketing, or event management.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build relationships with college authorities.
- Basic understanding of marketing and lead generation.
- Valuable knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
- Strong coordination and event-management skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in the field.
- Willingness to travel locally and regionally.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
