Summary of Position/Purpose

The Commercial & AI Analyst will play a significant role in supporting the delivery of our growth strategy by supporting the Sales, Operations, Product Management, Marketing, Digital, and Pricing teams with insight & data to help drive business decisions. This role will involve hands-on engagement with business data and the commercial agenda. The role will have responsibility for creating and maintaining reports and dashboards, providing analysis and making recommendations to leadership, and providing ad-hoc data support across departments globally. This role will also leverage advanced analytics and AI techniques to identify patterns, generate predictive insights, and support data-driven automation and decision-making across the business.

Essential Duties, Functions and/or Responsibilities

- Carry out in-depth analyses of business activities to identify learnings and recommendations
- Develop and maintain reports to help stakeholders manage and grow the business
- Work on ad hoc data and analysis requests from business teams
- Act as lead analyst across various project teams
- Monitor business performance against targets and report to leadership
- Develop and contribute to business reviews and leadership presentations
- Develop and apply predictive and prescriptive analytics models
- Leverage AI and machine learning techniques to uncover insights from complex datasets




- Partner with Technology & AI teams to identify and prioritize AI use cases
- Translate business problems into analytical and AI-driven solutions
- Evaluate and monitor performance of analytical and AI models
- Support data preparation and feature engineering for modeling
- Contribute to responsible AI practices including governance and explainability
- Identify opportunities to automate reporting and decision workflows

- Other duties as assigned

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 2+ years of experience in an analytical role
- Advanced Excel and Power BI skills
- Experience with SQL and data structures
- Experience with predictive analytics or statistical modeling
- Familiarity with Python or similar tools
- Experience working with large and complex datasets
- Understanding of AI/ML lifecycle (training, validation, monitoring)
- Awareness of data governance, bias, and explainability principles
- Solid communication and presentation skills
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
