- Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai (In office @ Reliable Tech Park)
- Salary: Up to ₹35,000 CTC/month (based on experience)
- Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (International Client )
- Work Days: Monday – Saturday (Fixed Sunday Off)

About the Role We are seeking a results-driven Debt Collector / Collection Specialist for our International Process. You will manage end-to-end recovery of overdue global accounts, handle write-off portfolios, negotiate realistic payment plans in accordance with international debt collection standards, and hit targets—all while ensuring strict compliance and treating borrowers with respect.

Key Responsibilities





- Reach out to international customers to recover outstanding balances and resolve high-risk, write-off accounts.
- Negotiate clear, mutually agreeable payment plans while maintaining professional relationships and adhering to global cross-border compliance standards.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly recovery targets.

Requirements / Qualifications

- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills for international client interaction.
- Prior experience in International Voice, BPO, or Debt Collection processes preferred.
