- Follow up with customers for pending payments via calls, visits, or messages
- Maintain daily collection reports and update records accurately
- Coordinate with accounts/finance team for payment reconciliation
- Handle customer queries related to dues and payment details
- Visit customers (field work) for collection when required
- Ensure monthly collection targets are achieved
- Maintain professional and polite communication with customers
- Escalate difficult cases to the reporting manager
- Keep proper documentation of receipts and transactions
Job Types: Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
