Role Description The Collection Executive role is a full time, on-site position based in Chennai. In this role, the executive will contact customers via phone to remind and follow up on overdue payments, negotiate repayment plans, and ensure timely collection of outstanding amounts in line with bank policies.

The position involves verifying customer account information, documenting call outcomes, updating collection records, and escalating complex cases when required.



The executive will collaborate with the banking process team to meet collection targets, maintain a high standard of customer service, and adhere to regulatory and compliance guidelines.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Credit Control and Debt Collection skills.
- Candidates should possess solid Finance knowledge and understanding of banking procedures.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including proficiency in one or more of Kannada, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, English, or Malayalam.
- Candidates should possess valuable Analytical Skills for assessing customer accounts and prioritizing follow-ups.
- Candidates should possess strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
- Candidates should possess basic computer literacy and the ability to work with CRM or collection systems.
- Prior experience in collections, banking, or financial services is an advantage.
- A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in commerce, finance, or a related field is preferred.
