Role Description

The Co-Investment Partner role is a full-time remote position for individuals and institutions such as investors, bankers, HNIs, family offices, real estate investors, and impact funds interested in agriculture-focused assets and projects. The Co-Investor will evaluate and participate in investment opportunities across agri-infrastructure, agri-drones, agri-IoT solutions, agri-warehouses, agri-projects, and farm lands, including deploying their own capital alongside AgroNest Ventures. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing project viability, reviewing financial models, conducting risk and impact analysis, and collaborating with AgroNest’s team to structure and manage co-investment deals.





The role also involves monitoring portfolio performance, engaging with stakeholders and partners, and contributing to strategic decisions that align sustainability goals with financial returns. Co-Investors will help shape scalable, impact-driven agricultural initiatives while maintaining disciplined investment oversight.

Qualifications

- Strong background in investing or finance, ideally with exposure to agriculture, infrastructure, real estate, private equity, venture capital, or impact investing.
- Ability to assess and structure investments in agri-infra assets, agri-drones, agri-IoT solutions, agri-warehousing, agri-projects, and agricultural land.
- Experience in financial analysis, due diligence, risk assessment, and portfolio monitoring for medium to long-term projects.
- Familiarity with institutional, HNI, family office, banking, or fund-level investment processes and governance frameworks.
- Interest in sustainable agriculture, climate resilience, and ESG or impact measurement frameworks.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote, cross-functional environment.
- Demonstrated capacity to commit own capital as a co-investor, aligned with long-term value creation and responsible investment principles.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, business, economics, agriculture, or a related field is preferred.
