About the opportunity

Feliks Marketing is a growing digital marketing agency with an existing sales, execution, creative and operations team.

We’re looking for an experienced Lead Generation / Performance Marketing professional who wants to build and own the agency’s client acquisition vertical with us.

This is not a regular employment chance.

We’re looking for someone who wants to eventually build and own a business, but would rather leverage an existing agency infrastructure than start completely from zero.

Your role

You will be responsible for:

- Building qualified B2B lead-generation systems
- Meta, Google, LinkedIn and other paid channels
- Organic lead generation & outreach
- Lead qualification & appointment generation
- Improving lead quality and conversion
- Building new acquisition channels
- Tracking leads → appointments → clients → revenue

Your focus: bringing qualified business.

Our existing team handles sales closing, creative, social media, design, execution and operations.

Partnership Structure

Initial 6 months

Fixed Salary Monthly + performance evaluation

6–12 months:

Salary + performance-based profit sharing





12+ months:

Potential equity partnership based on performance, contribution and mutual fit.

Investment Requirement

This is a capital-backed founder-track opportunity.

The selected partner will be expected to contribute some amount as growth capital, which will be allocated specifically toward the lead-generation/growth function, including advertising, tools, testing and acquisition experiments.

This is not a refundable job deposit or recruitment fee. The investment structure and documentation will be mutually agreed before joining.

Who should apply?

We’re specifically looking for

- 3+ years of hands-on lead generation/performance marketing experience
- Proven B2B lead-generation results
- Strong understanding of paid + organic acquisition
- Freelancers/independent consultants looking to build something bigger are welcome
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Comfortable working full-time from our Goregaon East office
- Willingness to invest personally in the growth opportunity
