Key Responsibilities

- Develop, identify and onboard new co-makers/vendors as per business requirements.
- Identify suitable parts and processes for outsourcing to external vendors.
- Evaluate co-makers based on Quality, Cost, Capacity and Delivery (QCD) parameters.
- Coordinate with the QA team for implementation of PS ( Production System) at co-maker facilities.
- Coordinate with vendors for current product development and production requirements.
- Prepare, analyze and evaluate costing for outsourced components.
- Negotiate and finalize commercial terms with co-makers/vendors.
- Establish target costing and ensure that cost targets are achieved.




- Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely delivery of components.
- Coordinate with Quality, Purchase, PPC and Production departments for smooth operations.
- Follow up regularly with co-makers regarding quality, production and delivery issues.
- Support vendor improvement, productivity enhancement and cost-reduction initiatives.
- Conduct regular vendor visits and monitor process and production performance.
- Maintain proper records and reports related to vendor development and performance.

Preferred Experience: Automotive / Manufacturing / Vendor Development Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
