Role Description The Co-Founder Marketing Consulting role is a full-time remote position responsible for shaping and driving TheReachX’s marketing strategy and client-facing consulting services. This role involves developing and executing marketing plans, supporting business development initiatives, and advising clients on growth-focused marketing strategies. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market and competitor research, designing sales and marketing funnels, creating and refining messaging, and collaborating with partners to identify strategic opportunities.





The Co-Founder will participate in key decision-making, help build scalable processes, and work closely with leadership to grow the company’s client base and brand presence.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Research abilities to interpret market data, identify trends, and support strategic recommendations.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to present insights, collaborate with stakeholders, and build long-term client relationships.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Marketing skills to design and execute growth-oriented campaigns, support lead generation, and optimize conversion strategies.
- Experience in business development, consulting, or startup environments is beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting and make decisions in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Background in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred, with prior leadership or co-founder experience considered an advantage.
