Your Role as Co-Founder & Head of Editorial

You won’t inherit a newsroom. You will build one.

Key Responsibilities

- Architect the Editorial Vision
- Define TheSocialTalks’ editorial philosophy, tone, and long-term content strategy from the ground up.
- Build & Lead the Newsroom
- Recruit, mentor, and guide a diverse, global network of journalists, editors, and contributors working remotely.
- Uphold Editorial Integrity
- Ensure the highest standards of ethics, accuracy, and independence across all reporting.
- Drive Impactful Storytelling
- Oversee in-depth narratives that question the status quo, add context to breaking issues, and engage a serious, up-to-date audience.
- Shape the Platform’s Identity




- Work closely with the founding team to align editorial direction with platform growth, credibility, and public trust.

- A leader and mentor capable of building culture, not just managing output.
- Someone who values editorial independence, depth, and integrity over click-driven journalism.
