Role Description As a Co-Founder at PolicyReserve, you will play a key leadership role in defining the company’s strategy, building partnerships, and driving growth across insurance and investment services. On a day-to-day basis, you will shape the product and service offerings, oversee business development initiatives, and collaborate on marketing and sales plans to reach new client segments. You will engage with clients and stakeholders to understand market needs, refine the value proposition, and ensure high-quality, customer-centered service delivery.

The role also involves setting operational priorities,



contributing to financial planning, and helping to build a strong, inclusive culture. This is a full-time remote role, requiring consistent collaboration with other founders and core team members across digital channels.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial, market, and customer data to guide strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly to clients, partners, and team members.
- Proven sales experience with a focus on building relationships, closing deals, and expanding client portfolios.
- Marketing skills, including developing positioning, campaigns, and growth initiatives in financial services or related sectors.
- Research skills for evaluating market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory developments in insurance and investments.
- Experience in insurance, investments, or broader financial services; prior entrepreneurial or founding experience is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment, take initiative, and collaborate effectively in a distributed team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
