Who We're Looking For

We are looking for a Technical Co-Founder / CTO who wants to build TripSutra from 0 → 1 and take ownership of the entire technology and product function.

You should have

- Strong hands-on coding and software architecture capabilities
- Deep understanding of AI/ML, LLMs, document AI and automation
- Experience building scalable web platforms, APIs, databases and SaaS products
- Strong product thinking and ability to convert complex processes into simple user experiences




- Understanding of integrations, cloud infrastructure, security and data privacy
- Travel-tech / travel industry / hospitality-tech experience is strongly preferred
- A highly focused, execution-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to work hands-on in an early-stage environment and build the initial product yourself with a small team
- Solid ownership — someone who sees technology as their responsibility, not just a function

Founder Mindset Is Essential

This is not a conventional CTO job and we are not looking for someone who only wants a salary and a development role.

We are looking for someone who genuinely wants to build a company.

The ideal co-founder should be open to financial investment and meaningful skin in the game, alongside contributing deep technical expertise, time, leadership and execution.

Technology / Product / AI — Co-Founder & CTO

Technology strategy, architecture, product development, AI, engineering, data, security and building the technology team.
