Maintenance Engineer CNC/VMC

We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer with 2 to 3 years of experience in CNC/VMC machine maintenance or industrial electrical maintenance.

Responsibilities:

- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC and VMC machines.
- Troubleshoot electrical and control-related issues in machines.
- Diagnose and rectify machine breakdowns to minimize downtime.
- Handle electrical components, control panels, sensors, motors, drives and related systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance activities as per maintenance schedules.
- Troubleshoot PLC, electrical circuits and machine control systems.
- Coordinate with production and other departments for quick resolution of machine breakdowns.
- Maintain records of breakdowns, preventive maintenance and spare requirements.
- Ensure machines are maintained in safe and working condition.

Candidate Profile:





- 2 to 3 years of experience in CNC/VMC maintenance or industrial electrical maintenance.
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical, EEE, Mechanical, Mechatronics or related discipline.
- Candidates with solid experience in electrical maintenance of CNC/VMC machines are preferred.
- Should have good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of PLC, drives, motors, sensors and electrical control panels will be an advantage.

Salary: Up to 3.6 LPA
