We are hiring VMC/CNC Operator & Programmer for Engineering Industry.

Job Role : VMC/CNC Operator

Job Location : Bommasandra, Bangalore

Skill Set : Candidate should have hands on work experience in machinery industry of atleast of 1-2years experience.

Job Descriptions :

- Machine Setup: Install, align, and secure tools, collets, and fixtures, adjusting machine parameters (geometry & wear offsets) for production.
- Operation: Run CNC machines to execute tasks like turning, facing, drilling, grooving, and thread chasing.
- Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and CAD designs to understand specifications.
- Quality Inspection: Verify dimensions of finished workpieces using precision tools (micrometers, calipers) to meet tolerances.
- Maintenance:



Perform routine maintenance on machinery and troubleshoot minor issues to ensure functionality.
- Documentation: Maintain production logs, tool change records, and quality documentation.
- Safety Adherence: Maintain a clean, secure working environment, adhering strictly to safety regulations (PPE usage)

Key Skills Required :

- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of G-code, M-code, and basic programming adjustments.
