CNC Operator

Job Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a skilled CNC Operator to operate CNC machines and manufacture components as per engineering drawings, dimensions, production requirements, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate CNC machines safely and efficiently.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and job specifications.
- Perform machine setup, tool setting, and component loading/unloading.
- Set and adjust tool offsets and wear offsets.
- Monitor machining operations and maintain production targets.
- Check component dimensions using vernier caliper, micrometer, bore gauge, and other measuring instruments.
- Make minor offset corrections to maintain component accuracy.
- Check cutting tools and replace tools when required.
- Identify and report machine, tool, and quality-related problems.
- Maintain proper production and quality records.
- Follow process sheets, SOPs, work instructions, and safety procedures.




- Maintain 5S and housekeeping on the shop floor.
- Ensure proper handling of finished, rejected, and rework components.

Required Skills
- CNC machine operating and basic setting knowledge.
- Knowledge of turning/machining operations.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments.
- Basic knowledge of G-code and M-code.
- Knowledge of cutting tools, inserts, and tool offsets.
- Valuable understanding of production and quality requirements.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Preferred Candidate
- 1–5 years of experience in CNC machine operation.
- Experience in engineering, automotive, or manufacturing industries will be preferred.
- Freshers with relevant ITI qualification may also be considered.
