Role Description The CNC Operator role at DAKO-CZ INDIA Pvt. Ltd. is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The CNC Operator will set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to produce precision components according to engineering drawings and specifications.

Daily tasks include loading materials, adjusting machine settings, performing routine maintenance checks, and ensuring efficient machine operation. The role also involves inspecting finished parts for quality, documenting production data,



and collaborating with supervisors and production teams to meet output and safety targets. The CNC Operator is expected to follow all workplace safety guidelines and support continuous improvement in machining processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Machine Operation and Machinery handling for CNC and related equipment.
- Candidates should possess solid Machining and Milling skills to produce precision components as per technical specifications.
- Candidates should possess Quality Control skills to inspect parts, measure tolerances, and maintain production standards.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
- Experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and best practices in an industrial setting.
- Relevant technical diploma or vocational training in mechanical, manufacturing, or related fields is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and willingness to work in shifts if required.
