The Cluster Manager is responsible for overseeing operations across multiple outlets, ensuring smooth functioning, compliance, and coordination with the HR team.

1. Employee On boarding & Documentation

- Provide joining forms for all new hires and ensure completion of remote on boarding formalities.
- Ensure punch-in and punch-out is recorded on the employee’s joining day.
- Support Store Managers in configuring and maintaining accurate punch-in and punch-out systems.

2. HR Coordination & Reporting & Uniform Sheet

- Share updated uniform sheet with new joiner details monthly (after completion of one month of employment).
- Submit accurate shift and shuffle updates in stores to the HR team.
- Provide prior hiring requirements for each outlet.
- Proactively inform HR about employees who have left or absconded.
- Share attendance sheets with the HR team regularly.
- Submit monthly data sheets for incentives, cleaning, overtime, and petrol allowances.
- Verify attendance, salary, incentive, and overtime data with HR before salary processing.

3. Performance Management

- Monitor day-to-day tasks and overall store operations.




- Ensure all stores open and operate as per scheduled timings.
- Conduct outlet visits every day and every 15 days share reports with the HR team.
- Ensure Store Managers perform their duties with accountability and dedication.
- Ensure Store Managers are highly motivated to perform well and if requires then provide necessary training to boost their performance.

4. Team Management & Discipline

- Ensure Store Managers obtain prior approval for leave (except in emergencies or health issues), keeping HR informed.
- Maintain discipline and operational consistency across all outlets.

5. Training & Development

- Provide training to all recent joiners.
- Maintain a structured training tracker with defined checkpoints and progress records.
- Attend and actively participate in monthly meetings.
- To address grievances related to Sales of Stores and Operations.
