Role Description The Cluster Manager role is a full-time, in office position based in Salem, responsible for overseeing the performance and operations of multiple branches within a defined cluster. The role includes monitoring branch business targets, guiding teams to achieve sales and revenue goals, and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

The Cluster

Manager will conduct regular branch visits, review operational efficiency, and support branch leadership in resolving customer issues and improving service quality. Daily responsibilities involve analyzing performance reports,



implementing business development initiatives, supporting staff training and mentoring, and coordinating with regional leadership to drive growth and maintain high standards of compliance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in branch or cluster management, preferably in financial services, banking, or NBFC operations.
- Strong leadership, team management, and people development skills, with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams.
- Competence in sales planning, business development, and achieving financial and operational targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management abilities.
- Solid understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements within the financial sector.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills for reviewing performance metrics and implementing corrective actions.
- Proficiency in using MS Office and basic digital tools for reporting, analysis, and communication.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent qualification is an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned cluster and work on-site at branches as required.
