About the Role

We thrive on turning complex data challenges into elegant, scalable solutions. We are looking for a high-calibre AWS Solutions Architect who bridges deep backend engineering and high-level cloud architecture.

In this role, you will design and oversee the implementation of enterprise-grade backends, ensuring they are resilient, secure, and future-proof. You will also lead our charge into the next frontier of technology: Generative AI and Agentic AI workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Architectural Leadership: Design end-to-end backend architectures for enterprise applications, focusing on scalability, security, and high availability.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Build and optimise serverless, containerized, and Amazon Connect environments using AWS best practices.
- Data Modelling: Design robust schemas for both SQL and NoSQL databases, ensuring optimal performance for data-heavy applications.
- AI Innovation: Develop and integrate Gen AI and Agentic AI solutions, utilizing the Model Context Protocol (MCP) to enhance chatbot, voice bot, and Amazon Connect intelligence.




- Network Design: Configure VPCs, subnets, and connectivity strategies to ensure secure and efficient data flow.

Technical Requirements:

Backend Engineering (5+ Years)

- Extensive hands-on experience in at least one of the following: Python, Java, or Node.js.
- Proven track record of building production-ready, distributed backend systems.

Amazon Connect & Contact Center Engineering (Mandatory)

- Amazon Connect Expertise: Extensive hands-on experience designing, deploying, and managing enterprise Amazon Connect instances.
- CX Integration: Deep technical proficiency integrating Amazon Connect with AWS Lambda, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), and databases.
- Bots & Conversational AI: Hands-on experience building and deploying interactive voice response (IVR) flows, chatbots, and voice bots using Amazon Lex.
- Deep expertise in core AWS services: Amazon Connect, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, and Kinesis.
- Solid background in Solution Architecture, specifically designing backends for enterprise-scale environments.
- Solid understanding of cloud networking (VPC, Route53, CloudFront).

Data & Modern Tech Stack

- Databases: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (DynamoDB/MongoDB).
- AI/ML: Direct experience with Generative AI frameworks, Agentic AI architectures, and MCP.

Nice to Have

- Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate or Professional.
- Domain Expertise: Experience in the CX (Customer Experience) space, including Contact Centers, Chatbots, or Voice Bots.
- DevOps: Familiarity with IaC tools like Terraform or AWS CDK.
