Role & responsibilities
- Experience on ITSM processes like Incident, change and problem management
Escalation processes.
Documentation of technical runbooks and RCA.
Working knowledge on JIRA / Service Now / Remedy.
- 3-5 years of professional experience working on Azure cloud Platform (any public cloud is also ok but microservice based application experience is must).
- Production experience of containers and container orchestration tools (Docker/Kubernetes/Helm/FluxCD).
- Experience in working with enterprise scale applications, API Gateways, high availability architectures, load balancing & disaster recovery.
- Knowledge of application and cloud security (HTTP, TLS, certificate management).
Preferred candidate profile Exp : 3 to 6 years
