We are looking for a Client Servicing Specialist who understands the pace of agency life, knows how to manage client relationships, and can drive projects from initial brief to final delivery.

This role is suited for someone who can think beyond task coordination, understands client expectations, and works confidently with creative, strategy, and execution teams to deliver meaningful outcomes.

Role Overview

As a Client Servicing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, understanding business and marketing objectives, coordinating campaign execution, and ensuring consistent delivery across projects.

You will serve as the bridge between clients and internal teams, taking ownership of communication, timelines, deliverables, and relationship management. The role requires strong agency experience, commercial awareness, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Key Responsibilities1. Client Account Management

- Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned clients, serving as a reliable point of contact across ongoing campaigns and projects.
- Develop a strong understanding of client businesses, target audiences, brand positioning, and marketing objectives.
- Lead client communication, regular updates, follow-ups, and review discussions.
- Build trusted relationships with clients while identifying opportunities to improve engagement and account growth.
- Understand client expectations, anticipate potential challenges, and manage communication with clarity and professionalism.

1. Campaign & Project Execution

- Own the coordination and execution of digital marketing, creative, and integrated campaign projects from brief to delivery.




- Translate client requirements into structured briefs with clear objectives, deliverables, timelines, and dependencies.
- Coordinate with creative, content, strategy, social media, and other internal teams to ensure projects move forward as planned.
- Track project timelines, manage revisions, and ensure deliverables meet agreed quality standards.
- Identify potential delays, execution gaps, and dependencies early, taking corrective action where required.
- Ensure client feedback is communicated accurately and incorporated into deliverables.

1. Digital Marketing & Agency Coordination

- Demonstrate a practical understanding of digital marketing campaigns, including social media, content marketing, creative campaigns, and brand communication.
- Work with internal teams to understand campaign requirements, content calendars, creative deliverables, and execution plans.
- Understand basic digital marketing metrics and campaign objectives, with the ability to discuss performance and deliverables with clients.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure campaigns remain aligned with client goals and brand guidelines.
- Stay informed about digital trends, content formats, and evolving client expectations.

1. Client Retention & Account Growth

- Maintain consistent client engagement and contribute to long-term account retention.
- Identify opportunities for additional services, campaigns, and solutions based on client requirements.
- Support proposals, presentations, campaign discussions, and scope conversations when required.
- Maintain visibility into account priorities, upcoming requirements, and potential business opportunities.
- Ensure clients receive proactive communication rather than relying solely on follow-ups.

1. Internal Collaboration & Reporting





- Maintain project trackers, client briefs, meeting notes, and status updates.
- Conduct or support regular internal project reviews to align teams on priorities and deadlines.
- Coordinate with leadership and functional teams to resolve execution challenges.
- Maintain accurate records of deliverables, feedback, approvals, and project status.
- Contribute to improving internal workflows and client servicing processes.

Qualifications & Experience
- 3–4 years of experience in Client Servicing, Account Management, or Client Relations within a digital marketing, creative, advertising, or integrated marketing agency.
- Proven experience managing client accounts and coordinating multiple campaigns or projects simultaneously.
- Practical understanding of digital marketing, social media, content, and creative campaign workflows.
- Experience working with creative and execution teams, including designers, content writers, social media managers, and strategists.
- Strong client communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to independently manage deadlines, priorities, and client expectations.
- Robust problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to project execution.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities for account development.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
