About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Account Manager Client Servicing to manage and grow relationships with our existing clients.

The ideal candidate will be someone who is comfortable being the primary point of contact for clients, understands their business requirements, coordinates with internal teams to deliver projects on time, and can identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and generate additional business.

This role is ideal for someone with 2-5 years of experience in client servicing, account management, client relationship management, agency servicing, or B2B customer-facing roles.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned clients and act as the primary point of contact.
- Understand client requirements, objectives, expectations, and business challenges.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as creative, marketing, operations, sales, production, or other relevant teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Prepare and communicate briefs, timelines, deliverables, and project requirements clearly.
- Track projects from requirement gathering through execution and closure.
- Ensure timely delivery and proactively communicate project updates to clients.
- Build robust, long-term relationships with clients and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
- Handle client queries, feedback, concerns, and escalations professionally.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, renewals, and account growth.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, reports, and client communication as required.
- Participate in client meetings, calls, presentations, and review meetings.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, projects, deliverables, and commercial discussions.
- Work closely with management and internal stakeholders to improve account performance and client retention.

What We Are Looking For
- 2 - 7 years of relevant experience in Client Servicing,



Account Management, Client Relationship Management, Customer Success, Agency Servicing, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Solid communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into actionable briefs for internal teams.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients/projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Commercial understanding with the ability to identify business-growth opportunities.
- Ability to handle difficult conversations and client escalations with maturity.
- Good presentation and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM or project-management tools is an advantage.
- Strong ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.

Preferred Candidate Profile We are particularly interested in candidates who have:
- Managed multiple client accounts independently.
- Been responsible for client communication from briefing to delivery.
- Worked closely with cross-functional/internal teams.
- Experience in upselling, cross-selling, renewals, or account growth.
- Experience handling client escalations and resolving issues.
- Experience in an agency, marketing, advertising, digital, media, technology, B2B services, or other client-facing environment.
- A track record of building long-term client relationships.
