Role Overview We are looking for a hands-on Client Servicing professional who can manage end-to-end brand accounts, act as the primary point of contact for clients, and seamlessly coordinate with internal creative, influencer, production, and media teams. This role demands ownership, clarity, and accountability—from briefing to billing.

Management &

• Communication- Single point of contact for assigned brand accounts- Daily client communication via calls, emails, WhatsApp & meetings- Understand client objectives, campaign goals, and brand tonality- Present plans, ideas, timelines, and reports confidently- Handle feedback, revisions, and approvals- Build long-term client relationships Campaign Planning &

• Execution- Translate client briefs into clear internal briefs- Coordinate influencer, content, social media, and digital campaigns- Track timelines, deliverables, and dependencies- Ensure deliverables go live on time and as per brand guidelines Internal Coordination- Work closely with creative, influencer, production, and media teams- Ensure clarity of briefs and deadlines- Follow up to avoid delays Influencer &

• Vendor Coordination- Coordinate influencer briefs, approvals, posting schedules,



and usage rights- Liaise with external vendors and creators Budgeting, Estimates &

• Billing Support- Assist in campaign estimates and cost sheets- Track budgets vs actual spends- Coordinate invoices, POs, and payment follow-ups Reporting &

• Documentation- Prepare campaign performance reports- Maintain documentation including briefs, approvals, and trackers Business Support &

• Growth- Identify upselling opportunities- Support pitches and recent business discussions Required Skills &

Experience 1.5–4 years experience in client servicing or account management (agency experience preferred). Strong communication skills, excellent coordination ability, understanding of digital and influencer marketing, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace is required.
