Rankuhigher is looking for a proactive and responsible Client Relationship Executive with 1–2 years of experience in client handling, project coordination, or account management.

The candidate will act as the primary point of contact between clients and our internal teams. The role requires effective communication, regular follow-ups, team coordination, and ensuring that all committed monthly client deliverables are completed on time and meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day communication and relationships with assigned clients.
- Understand client requirements, expectations, priorities, and monthly deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as:
- Digital Marketing
- Social Media
- Graphic Design
- Content
- Prepare and maintain monthly client deliverable plans.
- Assign and follow up on tasks with the respective internal team members.
- Ensure all deliverables are completed within the committed timelines.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with both clients and internal teams.
- Schedule and coordinate client review meetings.
- Collect client feedback and communicate revisions clearly to the concerned team.
- Track pending tasks, approvals, content requirements, and project dependencies.
- Share regular project and campaign status updates with clients.
- Prepare monthly performance and work-completion reports.
- Identify delays or client concerns at an early stage and coordinate appropriate solutions.
- Maintain professional communication and build long-term relationships with clients.
- Ensure proper documentation of client requirements, approvals, feedback, and commitments.
- Support the management team in improving overall client satisfaction and retention.

Required Skills

- 1–2 years of experience in Client Relationship Management,



Account Management, Project Coordination, or Digital Marketing Agency operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong client-handling and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coordinate and manage multiple internal teams.
- Good task management and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing, Social Media, SEO, Website Development, and Creative Services.
- Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Ability to prepare reports and presentations.
- Problem-solving and conflict-handling skills.
- Robust sense of ownership and responsibility for client deliverables.
