Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Executive – Direct Marketing Activities to develop corporate relationships and generate opportunities for Lawrence & Mayo Precision Eye Test Programs at workplaces.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach new corporate and institutional clients.
- Meet HR Heads, Admin Heads and other key decision-makers.
- Minimum 4 meaningful corporate meetings per day.
- Present and promote workplace Precision Eye Test Programs.
- Generate, follow up and convert corporate leads into confirmed programs.
- Build and maintain a strong corporate prospect database and sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams for successful execution of eye-testing programs.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update CRM/reporting systems.
- Develop existing clients for repeat and annual programs.
- Extensive field travel across Mumbai,



Thane and Navi Mumbai.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate in Marketing, Management, Commerce or any relevant discipline.
- 1–5 years’ experience in Field Sales, Corporate Sales, B2B Sales, Direct Marketing, Healthcare, Diagnostics, Optical, Insurance or related fields.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Confident in approaching organisations and senior professionals.
- Solid follow-up, relationship-building and target-oriented approach.
- Comfortable with extensive local travel.
- Good spoken English; Hindi and Marathi will be an advantage.
