Client Project Manager – Digital Marketing

About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Project Manager who can manage the complete lifecycle of digital marketing projects — from client onboarding to project execution, coordination, delivery, and offboarding .

The person will act as the single point of coordination between clients and internal digital marketing teams , ensuring that client requirements are clearly understood, the right resources are assigned, timelines are planned, and deliverables are completed properly.

This role requires someone who understands how digital marketing services are delivered and can effectively coordinate teams such as SEO, Paid Marketing, Content, Design, Social Media, and other digital marketing functions .

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end client onboarding , understanding requirements, objectives, scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Act as the primary coordination point between clients and internal digital marketing teams .
- Understand client requirements and convert them into clear tasks and deliverables for relevant teams.
- Coordinate with SEO, PPC, Content, Design, Social Media and other departments to execute projects.
- Determine the resources/teams required for a project based on scope and requirements.
- Create and manage project timelines, milestones, task allocation, and delivery schedules.
- Track progress across departments and ensure deliverables are completed within agreed timelines.
- Conduct regular internal follow-ups and identify delays, dependencies, and execution issues.
- Coordinate client meetings, requirement discussions, reviews, feedback, and updates.




- Ensure client feedback is communicated correctly to the respective teams and incorporated into deliverables.
- Monitor overall project quality, scope, timelines, and client requirements.
- Identify scope changes and coordinate internally before committing to additional requirements.
- Maintain project documentation, task trackers, status reports, and communication records.
- Coordinate client offboarding/closure , ensuring pending deliverables and handovers are completed.
- Escalate critical project or client issues to management when required.

What We Are Looking For
- 2–3 years of experience in a Digital Marketing Agency, Digital Marketing Services company, or similar client-service setting .
- Experience managing or coordinating digital marketing projects for clients .
- Good understanding of services such as SEO, Google Ads/PPC, Meta Ads, Content Marketing, Social Media, Design, and related digital services .
- Experience in client onboarding and requirement gathering .
- Strong project coordination and team management skills.
- Ability to work with multiple departments simultaneously.
- Ability to understand project scope and determine teams/resources required for execution .
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients/projects and competing deadlines.
- Good problem-solving and ownership mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
