Job Summary

: Urgent Hiring Client Implementation Manager SaaS / ERP- Bangalore Location: Bangalore Experience: 5-10years Role Objective Own end-to-end implementation of TYASuite for assigned customers from project kickoff through go-live and hyper care, ensuring delivery within agreed scope, timeline and quality. The role will act as the single client-facing owner and coordinate functional, integration, technical and customer teams to achieve successful and timely go-live.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Ownership Act as primary point of contact for assigned customers.
- Establish project governance and communication cadence.
- Conduct kickoff and regular status meetings.
- Maintain solid relationships with customer stakeholders.
- Communicate project status, risks, dependencies and decisions.
- Project Delivery Own project plan from kickoff to go-live.
- Track milestones, critical path and dependencies.
- Ensure implementation and integration activities progress in parallel.
- Maintain RAID/action/dependency trackers.
- Identify risks early and drive mitigation.
- Integration Coordination Coordinate with Senior Integration/Solution Lead.
- Ensure customer provides required ERP access, API information, masters and test data.
- Track integration dependencies.
- Coordinate SIT/UAT scheduling.
- Drive closure of integration issues.




- Customer Readiness Define customer responsibilities.
- Track customer deliverables.
- Ensure UAT users are available.
- Ensure business sign-off.
- Ensure production readiness.
- Change Management Identify scope changes.
- Coordinate impact assessment.
- Ensure change requests are documented and approved.
- Prevent uncontrolled scope creep.
- Go-Live Maintain go-live readiness checklist.
- Coordinate final sign-offs.
- Coordinate cutover.
- Coordinate hypercare.
- Ensure project closure.

Requirements

- 5-10 years of experience in SaaS / ERP Implementation.
- Strong experience in end-to-end client implementation and project delivery.
- Excellent Client & Stakeholder Management skills.
- Experience in Project Planning, Risk Management, Scope Management and Change Management.
- Hands-on experience in SIT, UAT, Integration, Go-Live, Cutover and Hypercare.
- Good understanding of ERP / SaaS platforms and API integrations.
- Any Graduate/Postgraduate; CA, MBA, or PGDM in IT, Operations, or Project Management will be an added advantage.
