About the Role

Valerian Legal Consulting LLP provides England-facing outsourced legal support to UK housing disrepair firms. We are hiring a Client Intake & Engagement Executive to be the first point of contact for prospective UK claimants, converting inbound leads into signed instructions through clear process explanation and accurate case intake.

Key Responsibilities

1. Handle inbound leads (call, email, WhatsApp) from prospective UK tenants raising housing disrepair issues.
2. Explain the claims process in plain English, including what evidence and documents the client needs to provide.
3. Screen leads against eligibility criteria using a structured intake checklist.
4. Accurately log client and property details into the case management system.
5.



Obtain signed client engagement documentation in line with the instructing firm's process.
6. Escalate any matter requiring legal judgement to a qualified Advocate.
7. Track and report on lead conversion and intake quality metrics.
8. Liaise with UK referral partners on lead volume and documentation feedback.

Essential Skills & Experience

- Excellent spoken and written English, with a confident, empathetic telephone manner.
- Experience in UK-facing legal process outsourcing, BPO, KPO, or claims intake.
- Strong data accuracy and CRM/case management proficiency.
- Willingness and ability to work UK shift hours.

Desirable

- Law graduate (LLB) or paralegal qualification.
- Prior exposure to UK housing disrepair, personal injury, or conveyancing processes.
