Location: Tardeo, Mumbai Central, Mumbai
Working Days & Timings:
- Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM 6:00 PM IST
- Saturday Schedule:
- 1st & 3rd Saturday: Work from Home (WFH)
- 2nd & 4th Saturday: Weekly Off
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and execute strategies for cross-selling and upselling opportunities with existing clients.
- Provide exceptional client servicing by resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver international projects, ensuring seamless execution.
Job Requirements :
- 3-12 years of experience in account management or a related field.
- Proven track record in successful client account management, including cross selling and upselling.
- Strong understanding of international business practices and cultural nuances.
- Excellent communication skills for building solid relationships with clients.
