We are looking for a trustworthy and experienced Civil Site Supervisor for a residential house construction project in Sohna Sector 32, Gurgaon.

Key Responsibilities:

- Daily present on site to monitor construction work and labour activities

- Check and verify all material deliveries (cement, steel, bricks, sand, etc.) as per quantity ordered

- Maintain a daily record/register of material received and material used

- Read and understand architect's drawings to guide and check labour work accordingly

- Ensure quality of work matches approved drawings and specifications

- Coordinate with contractor/builder and report any discrepancies directly to owner

- Keep a check on wastage or theft of material at site

- Take daily photos/updates of construction progress

Requirements:

- Minimum 1-3 years experience in residential/civil site supervision

- Should be able to read basic construction drawings

- Honest, reliable, and able to work independently on site

- Basic communication skills to coordinate with labour and contractor

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
