Shift: Rotational (Including Night)

Role: Property Claims Associate

Review property damage images and documents received from vendors.

Identify and update claim-related details accurately in internal systems.

Understand different home structures, materials, and property components.

Create pre-filled claim templates for downstream review teams.

Ensure high accuracy and quality standards to reduce rework.

Return claims for additional information whenever required.

Skills Required: • Good attention to detail

- Basic MS Office knowledge
- Strong communication skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Interest in Insurance/Claims domain
