Qualifications & Experience:

- Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in RCC buildings, industrial structures, and high-end bungalows (including finishing works).
- Technical Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Word. Must be able to read drawings and maintain updated drawing registers.
- In office Expertise: Hands-on experience managing projects from Layout and Excavation through to RCC, Shuttering, Masonry, and Flooring.
- Surveying: Competent in the use of Auto Level for site measurements.
- Quality Control: Practical knowledge of on-site material testing, including Slump tests, Cube testing, and Sieve analysis.

- BBS:



Expert-level Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) preparation in Excel is mandatory.
- Reporting: Experience preparing JMRs (Joint Measurement Records), Pourcards, and Material Reconciliation reports.
- Labor Management: Ability to prepare and verify labor bills based on on-site work and technical drawings.
- Billing Engineer Duties: Responsible for Rate Analysis, Tendering, and Item Rate Billing across industrial, residential, and commercial projects.
