Job Responsibilities

- * Prepare **BOQ, quantity estimation, Site execution plans, technical calculation as per construction sites.
- * Study architectural/structural drawings and project specifications.
- * Handle tenders, RFQs and client technical queries.
- * Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, developers and clients.
- * Prepare technical proposals and product presentations for NBP construction systems.
- * Support the Sales Head in business development and order conversion.
- * Conduct client/site visits and provide technical support when required.
- * Coordinate with production, dispatch and project teams.
- * Maintain enquiry, quotation and project follow-up reports.




- * Identify recent project opportunities and support sales targets.

Required Skills

- * Good knowledge of Civil Construction, BOQ, Estimation & Costing.
- Good command of AutoCAD, MS Excel and MS Office.
- * Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- * Willingness to travel for client and project meetings.
- Preferred: Experience in construction materials, precast, facade, building products, or technical execution.
