Key Responsibilities:-

A. Civil Construction Work

- Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at project sites.
- Execute work as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQ, and method statements.
- Supervise excavation, PCC, RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, masonry, plastering, and finishing works.
- Monitor construction of equipment foundations, transformer foundations, cable trenches, control rooms, buildings, roads, drains, and other structures.
- For transmission line projects, supervise tower foundation and associated civil works.
- Check line, level, dimensions, alignment, and elevation of construction works.
- Coordinate with surveyors for setting out and measurements.

B. Transmission Line Foundation Works
- Supervise excavation and construction of transmission tower foundations.
- Ensure proper reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, and curing.
- Check foundation dimensions, stub setting, alignment, and levels.
- Coordinate with survey and electrical teams for tower foundation requirements.
- Monitor soil conditions and report any site issues requiring engineering review.
- Ensure proper backfilling and compaction after foundation completion.

C. Substation Civil Works
- Supervise construction of:
- Transformer foundations
- Equipment foundations
- Control room buildings
- Cable trenches
- Switchyard structures
- Roads and pathways
- Drainage systems
- Boundary walls and fencing
- Oil pits and fire protection-related civil works
- Coordinate civil works with electrical equipment installation activities.




- Ensure foundations are ready according to equipment installation schedules.

D. Quality Control
- Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings and specifications.
- Conduct inspections of reinforcement, shuttering, concrete, and other civil works.
- Coordinate with QA/QC personnel for inspection and approvals.
- Monitor concrete quality, cube testing, material testing, and required quality documentation.
- Ensure proper curing and finishing of concrete structures.
- Identify defective or non-conforming work and ensure timely rectification.

E. Material & Manpower Management
- Plan and monitor daily manpower requirements.
- Supervise contractors, subcontractors, masons, technicians, and workers.
- Monitor consumption of cement, steel, aggregates, sand, shuttering materials, and other construction materials.
- Coordinate with stores for timely availability of materials.
- Minimize material wastage and ensure proper storage.

F. Safety
- Ensure compliance with site safety rules and company HSE requirements.
- Ensure workers use appropriate PPE.
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings where required.
- Identify unsafe conditions and take corrective action.
- Ensure protected practices during excavation, lifting, scaffolding,



concreting, and other construction activities.
- Report accidents, incidents, and unsafe practices to the concerned authority.

G. Planning & Reporting
- Prepare daily and weekly work plans.
- Monitor actual progress against project schedules.
- Prepare daily progress reports and work completion records.
- Maintain measurements and assist in preparation of RA bills.
- Coordinate with planning, electrical, procurement, stores, and project teams.
- Highlight delays, technical issues, material shortages, and manpower requirements to the Project Manager.

H. Drawing & Documentation
- Read and interpret civil drawings, structural drawings, foundation drawings, and BOQ.
- Coordinate with engineering teams regarding drawing clarifications.
- Maintain approved drawings and revision records at site.
- Assist in preparation of as-built drawings and handover documents.
- Maintain inspection reports, test reports, measurements, and other project documentation.

3. Required Qualification
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Experience in construction/project execution.
- Knowledge of civil construction practices, drawings, BOQ, measurements, and quality standards.

Desired Experience

Experience: 3–10 years in civil construction projects.

Experience in transmission line foundations, substations, industrial projects, power projects, infrastructure, or commercial construction will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
