Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Civil Engineer role based in Salem.

The Civil

Engineer will oversee planning, design, and execution of building and infrastructure projects for outlets, central kitchens, and related facilities, ensuring structural safety, compliance, and cost-effectiveness. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing civil engineering drawings, coordinating with architects, contractors, and vendors, and monitoring site work to ensure adherence to quality, timelines, and regulatory standards.



The role also involves managing stormwater drainage and utility layouts, conducting site inspections, resolving technical issues, and supporting maintenance and expansion projects across the company’s locations.

The Civil

Engineer will collaborate with operations and management to align construction and facility projects with Nonvee Foods’ brand and operational requirements.

Qualifications

- Strong civil engineering fundamentals with experience in Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering principles.
- Ability to plan and manage construction projects, including site Planning, scheduling, and resource coordination.
- Knowledge of Stormwater Management, drainage systems, and related infrastructure for commercial and industrial facilities.
- Professional experience working as Civil Engineers on building, hospitality, or industrial projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
- Familiarity with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and local statutory requirements.
- Proficiency in CAD software and basic project management tools.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work on-site, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Prior experience in F&B;, retail, or industrial facilities construction or maintenance is an added advantage.
