Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Civil Engineer.
- Residential construction experience is mandatory.
- Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Knowledge of construction methods, site supervision, and project execution.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.

Job Responsibilities
- Supervise residential construction works at the site.
- Monitor daily construction activities and progress.
- Ensure work is completed according to drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with workers, contractors, and suppliers.




- Check quality of construction work and materials.
- Maintain site records and prepare progress reports.
- Ensure proper safety procedures are followed.
