Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and results-driven Civil Engineer to oversee site execution and lead construction activities on the ground. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in building construction and infrastructure development, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Site Execution & Management: Direct day-to-day site operations, managing labor forces, subcontractors, and heavy machinery to ensure smooth workflow.

Quality & Safety Control: Implement strict quality assurance protocols and enforce safety standards across all construction and infrastructure zones.

Progress Monitoring: Track daily site progress against project schedules, identifying bottlenecks and executing corrective action plans.

Technical Compliance: Ensure all construction activities strictly adhere to approved engineering drawings, structural designs,



and local municipal codes.

Resource Coordination: Coordinate material deliveries, equipment deployment, and site logistics efficiently to prevent project delays.

Reporting & Documentation: Maintain detailed site logs, record measurements for running bills (RAB), and submit periodic progress reports to management.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in site execution for residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.

Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of construction methodologies, concrete technology, bar bending schedules (BBS), surveying, and material testing.

Soft Skills: Strong leadership capabilities, problem-solving mindset, and effective communication skills for dealing with contractors and stakeholders.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
