Job Summary

Ms Mabishalaxmi Builders is seeking motivated and dedicated Civil Engineers to join our growing construction team. The selected candidates will be responsible for supervising daily construction activities, ensuring top-notch quality and safety standards, coordinating with contractors, and supporting the successful and timely completion of projects. Both freshers and experienced professionals are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Site Execution & Supervision: Oversee day-to-day construction activities at the project site to ensure adherence to structural designs, engineering standards, and blueprints.
- Coordination: Act as a primary point of contact, coordinating smoothly with architects, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
- Material & Quantity Management: Verify quantities, conduct material planning, and assist in procurement to prevent project delays.
- Quality Control & Compliance: Inspect completed works regularly to guarantee compliance with safety regulations, architectural drawings, and project specifications.
- Problem Solving: Identify and proactively resolve technical roadblocks or site issues arising during execution.
- Documentation & Planning:



Assist senior management in estimation, billing, progress reporting, and overall project planning.

Eligibility & Qualifications
- Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering or B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: Open to both enthusiastic freshers and experienced candidates.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction methods, varied building materials, and effective site execution.
- Software Skills: Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Office, and basic project management tools is preferred.
