Qualifications
- Civil engineering expertise, including Civil Engineering Design and core Civil Engineering principles.
- Experience in project Planning and coordination for building and infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of Stormwater Management and related drainage and infrastructure systems.
- Professional experience working as Civil Engineers on residential, commercial, or township projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
- Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and local regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in engineering and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, civil design tools) and MS Office.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in office.
- Prior experience in real estate development or construction in a similar regional context is an advantage.
